Football team of “Melston” Group participated the 10th anniversary mini-football tournament timed to “Constructor’s Day”.

The event, supported by such issues as “Sport-Express”, “Komsomolskaya Pravda” and “Sovietsky Sport”, took place at “Kolomyagi-Sports” arena in Saint-Petersburg.

Our team played at this tournament for the first time, and as the result of a desperate striving in group and final stages we’ve taken the 8th place.

As Dmitriy Makarkin the member of “Melston-Team” said: “The impressions from our game are ambiguous. I was very pleased to represent “Melston” team at such an interesting event. I should both: notice the good performance of our competitors and complain at the shortness of our bench. That's why we had to play with insufficient reinforcement. Besides there was a heat indistinctive to August in Saint-Petersburg, and our guys got tired very quickly. Nevertheless, it was great experience! And now we have enough time for training to show higher score the next year.”
