Annual meeting

10-11 July the traditional meeting of “Melston” Group’s board of directors & heads of regional offices took place.

The meeting is held two times a year and consists not only of discussion about company’s strategy, but also of consideration concerning actual operational issues of reconstruction, construction and maintenance of gas-stations.

This time the main topics to be discussed were the questions of company’s restructuring and the variants of interaction process between Group’s subsidiaries optimization. The wide-developed network of regional offices is one of Company’s competitive advantages. That’s why the authority of “Melston” attaches much importance to the matters of well-functioning workflow as well as to the unity of views upon “Melston” Group’s goals and objectives.
